How can I try Cycle?
We are giving everyone the opportunity to give Cycle a try this month for FREE. Follow the steps below to find out how you can redeem your free trial class.
Claim your free class
Click the link below to claim your free class through our online booking system. This will create a profile for you in our system and allow us to send you helpful information about what to expect for your first class.
Choose a class on a day and time that suits you
It doesn't matter if you exercise in the morning or afternoon, SAVVY has a range of classes to suit your schedule. Use your free class voucher to book into a Cycle class of your choice. You can book into classes through the SAVVY app, or online here.
Cycle classes at SAVVY:
- Tuesdays 5:00 am and 5:30 pm
- Wednesdays 6:00 am and 6:30 pm
- Thursdays 5:00 am
- Fridays 6:00 am
- Saturdays 6:15 am
Come to class and have fun
Showing up is often the hardest part of trying something new. However, once you walk through our doors, SAVVY takes the worry and guess work out of your exercise routine. This means you can spend less time thinking about what to do, and spend more time having fun and working out. Our friendly team of trainers will guide you through your first class and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
What can I expect from Cycle?
SAVVY is home to the only Cycle lab in the Illawarra. Our lab uses the best performance technology in indoor cycling to help you reach your peak fitness and performance and realise your potential. By combining your individual Functional Threshold Power (FTP) value with the Coach by Colour® training zones, we tailor the workout to your personal abilities.
Enjoy a fun, high energy atmosphere that will get you results. You can choose to track your stats on the screen and read intensities you didn’t know you were capable of or to simply just sweat it out to music. This is a high calorie burning program which is great for improving fitness and assisting with weight loss.
