How can I try Pilates?

We are giving everyone the opportunity to give Reformer Pilates a try this month for FREE. Follow the steps below to find out how you can redeem your free trial class. 

Claim your free class

Click the link below to claim your free class through our online booking system. This will create a profile for you in our system and allow us to send you helpful information about what to expect for your first class.

Choose a class on a day and time that suits you

It doesn't matter if you exercise in the morning or afternoon, SAVVY has a range of classes to suite your schedule. Use your free class voucher to book into a Pilates class of your choice. You can book into classes through the SAVVY app, or online here.

Reformer Pilates classes at SAVVY:

  • Mondays 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm
  • Tuesdays 10:15 am (Child Care available)
  • Wednesdays 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm 
  • Thursdays 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 10:15 am (Child Care available) and 6:30 pm 
  • Saturdays 7:15 am and 8:15 am

Come to class and have fun

Showing up is often the hardest part of trying something new. However, once you walk through our doors, SAVVY takes the worry and guess work out of your exercise routine. This means you can spend less time thinking about what to do, and spend more time having fun and working out. Our friendly team of trainers will guide you through your first class and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

What can I expect from Pilates?

SAVVY is home to the latest Reformer Pilates and Clinical Reformer Pilates in the Illawarra. The studio contains 10 reformers, which means members are able to practise, closely monitored by our experienced teachers. 

Pilates is a low impact class using the reformer machines which improves range of motion and builds muscular strength with a particular focus on core strength, postural alignment and muscle balance. We take a clinical approach to adjust muscle imbalances and get you familiar with muscles you may not have ever felt before.

  • Improve postural alignment and muscle imbalance
  • Improve body awareness
