SAVVY Group Classes incorporate variety, balance and consistency in your training to ensure you hit your goals whilst remaining injury free and fitness happy.
Our signature programs ensure that all three fitness components, cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility, are easily incorporated into your weekly or even daily training regime.
Classes run from 5 am – 6:30 pm, which means there’s a class for everyone’s schedule.
Reformer Pilates
Find your powerhouse
A low impact class using the reformer pilates machines. Improve range of motion and build muscular strength with a focus on core strength, postural alignment and muscle balance.
Cycle
Low impact, high intensity!
The only Cycle lab in the Illawarra, this class uses the best performance technology in indoor cycling to help you reach your peak fitness and performance and realise your potential.
Strength
Build strength and muscle
Utilise a range of equipment in the studio gym including barbells, suspension straps, dumbbells, kettlebells and of course THE MONSTER rig to develop strength and prevent injury.
Stretch
Release muscle restriction
Stretch improves joint range of movement and muscle flexibility through a structured series of dynamic and static stretching, useful in aiding performance in all other SAVVY programs.
Lift
Strengthen and tone
Strengthen and condition your entire body through high repetitions performed under load. This program focuses on improving endurance resulting in stronger, more defined muscles.
Push
Push the limits
A high intensity class that combines strength and functional training with a cardio component. This program utilises bodyweight exercises, plyometric movements and a range of resistance based tools.
Run
Beginner to advanced runner class
Improve running ability and endurance. Each class, the run route is mapped for varying distances to ensure each runner’s training goals are met and runners are guided on pace and form.
Fly
Let your fitness take flight
Run repeats with recovery, often called interval training. This program is one of the fastest, most effective ways to improve cardiovascular fitness and running speed.
Release (yoga)
Restore and recover
Find balance through this restorative yoga practice that offers you the space and time to go deep into your body and breath. Increase flexibility and mobility. This class is great for beginners.
Flow (yoga)
Find freedom in movenment
Discover how yoga can aid performance and energise focus. This yoga class is designed for any active person to find their flow and aids performance in all other activities.
Punch
Total body conditioning
A partner boxing program using gloves and mitts that teaches you how to generate speed, power and endurance through the punch. Develop strength, coordination and sharpen your reflexes.

A hybrid session of all SAVVY Outdoor Programs. Get ready to lift the intensity to an all time high and discover even more variety as we explore a range of training methods and fitness equipment.
