SAVVY is Wollongong’s leading fitness professionals in personal training. At SAVVY, we call our personal trainers Movement Therapists and our Movement Therapy programs aim to achieve a consistent pattern of training that will enable you to reach your health and fitness goals.

SAVVY’s accredited Movement Therapists are supportive, dedicated and professional, designing programs that match your ability and goals. We will keep you accountable while keeping it fun. SAVVY is also an education campus, delivering Certificate 3 and 4 in personal training.
We will provide all the equipment for you as well as prescribe safe and effective exercises that will suit your individual needs. Our Movement Therapists will offer you support, encouragement and guidance throughout your program whilst implementing creative strategies that will keep you excited about your sessions each week!
Movement Therapy sessions are held across our three locations, Stuart Park, North Wollongong, Bulli Beach Reserve and SAVVY WellCo, Fairy Meadow.
Train individually with a Movement Therapist who will design your program based on your individual goals, fitness level, and any injuries or limitations you may have.
Training is always more fun with a friend. Double the fun while splitting the cost. Your Movement Therapist will create a program tailored to both of your goals and fitness level.
Get your training done as well as your weekly catch up with friends. This option combines a tailored workout personalised to your group’s goals with a great social aspect.
The Savvy Personal Training program is a take-away 4 week program based on your current fitness goals.
