I hope you’re all well and feeling fit! SAVVY’s final Run Strength program for the year starting soon and will be called Run Strength 3 (very original!).
FREE Run Strength Assessment
Again we will be offering a FREE 45-minute Run Strength Assessment valued at $135 for anyone signing up to the program. For those that have already done an assessment, your re-assessment is also free of charge when you sign up to this program. If you are just finishing the current run strength program and want a re-assessment you will have to sign up to the next run strength program, or you can pay for the assessment without the strength program for $135.
Once you have signed up to the program, you can book a Run Strength Assessment with Isaac, our Exercise Physiologist, between the 18th of September and the 6th of October. This assessment is crucial to identify any strength or flexibility deficits and to track your progress. Download the visual Run Strength 3 schedule calendar at the bottom of this email for the months of September, October and November.
Personalised Strength Program
Once the assessment is complete, our Savvy Strength team will create a personalised strength program for each runner. These programs aim to build strong, high-performing bodies and address any existing weaknesses. You will then attend the Run Strength sessions every Tuesday afternoon at SAVVY WellCo at either 4:30 or 5:30pm. These classes go for an hour. If you are purchasing the at home program, then you will do your personalised strength program from home. There will be explicit videos for each exercise to guide your session.
Our Run Strength program has been very successful this year, and has helped runners with both their running performance and to stay injury free! I reckon everyone who has completed the program so far can attest to this!
Run Strength 3 Program Information
Cost: $150 for the in class program and $80 for the at home program. Both of these programs include a free run strength assessment.
Program duration: 6 weeks. Starting Tuesday the 10th of October and finishing Tuesday the 14th of November.
Weekly sessions: Choose between the 4:30 or 5:30 class on Tuesday afternoon at SAVVY WellCo.
