SAVVY is excited to announce the opening of its new Injury Clinic. This clinic is designed to provide immediate and professional care for individuals who have recently experienced an injury.

Here’s everything you need to know about this new service:

What we offer:

Our MSK Injury Clinic provides a comprehensive 15-minute consultation with one of our experienced physiotherapists. During this time, you will receive:

Screening Assessment

A thorough assessment of your injury or condition, including a physical examination.

Management Plan

A tailored plan to manage your injury effectively.

Education and Advice

Detailed information and guidance on how to handle your injury.

Referral for Scans

If necessary, we can refer you for additional diagnostic tests such as x-rays or MRIs to ensure a complete understanding of your injury.

Who can benefit:

This clinic is open to anyone who has recently suffered a recent injury. Whether you’ve had a sports mishap on the weekend, a workplace incident, or any other kind of injury affecting your muscles, bones, or joints, our team is here to help you on your road to recovery.

When and where:

When: Every Monday afternoon from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Where: SAVVY Physiotherapy clinic, located at Suite 7, 135 – 143 Princes Highway, Fairy Meadow NSW 2519.

How to access this service:

Mondays between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm

Bridget is a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at SAVVY. She enjoys treating a whole variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with a special interest in sporting injuries and women’s health. ​

Bridget is a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at SAVVY. She graduated from La Trobe University Melbourne in 2020 with a Masters of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Applied Sciences and has been working in a private practice setting since. Bridget enjoys treating a whole variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with a special interest in sporting injuries and women’s health. 

She enjoys a holistic approach to healthcare and utilises a variety of manual therapy techniques including dry needling to help patients achieve best possible outcomes. Bridget also incorporates her Pilates training and loves promoting exercise prescription to help clients achieve their goals. 

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys playing for the Wollongong Lions AFL women’s team and loves running.
