What is the LIVE WELL Challenge?

The LIVE WELL Challenge is an eight-week program designed to improve all aspects of your health. You have your very own personal trainer and team to help you achieve your goals. We focus on purposeful training, nutrition, education, and helping you establish healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Our program is built around a team structure, fostering a fun and supportive environment that emphasises consistency and accountability, both crucial to your success. We add a flare of friendly competition where points are earned by achieving the goals that you set. Alongside your weekly personal training sessions, you’ll engage in weekly wellness sessions led by industry experts, offering you the opportunity to explore various aspects of wellness that you can integrate into your life.

In this challenge, we incorporate the following key components for a holistic approach to your health and well-being:

  • Eat Well
  • Feel Well

WHAT CAN I ACHIEVE?

This comprehensive, results-driven challenge is designed to help you achieve the following outcomes:

We help you cultivate a positive mindset that empowers you to achieve your goals and live well. We address numerous factors that contribute to mental health and provide practical strategies to:

Let’s get you moving frequently, consistently, and effectively. Your sessions are delivered by your Personal Trainer and follow a proven method to achieve your goals. Key focus areas include:

  • Improve overall fitness, cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility
  • Improve body composition by reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle
  • Build a strong, resilient body that can handle daily demands and reduce the risk of injury

Access the knowledge and practical skills you need to make significant, positive, and long-lasting changes to your nutrition. Receive expert advice from our partnered nutritionist. We help you:

  • Simplify nutrition
  • Address and manage poor eating habits
  • Learn to eat for health, nourishment, and enjoyment

  • Enhance sleep habits and quality of sleep
  • Boost daily hydration

How does the LIVE WELL Challenge work?

For best results, you need a solid base of support and accountability. This program provides that support through your Personal Trainer, Dietitian, Training Buddies, and Team. You can choose your trainer, training day, and time.

  • 1 face-to-face (or online) introductory workshop
  • 2 body composition analysis scans (pre and post challenge)
  • 8 weekly 60-minute team training sessions with your personal trainer
  • 8 weekly wellness sessions led by industry experts
  • 8 online wellness education sessions with program director Angela Saville
  • Online access to SAVVY On Demand (A comprehensive library of fitness sessions and workout videos) 
  • Comprehensive hard copy challenge journal and habit tracker
  • Closed Facebook group and additional team communication platform
  • Introduction to and access to our experts in nutrition, allied health, psychology, and physical performance
  • Access to discounts and special deals from our partnering brands

Set For Success: 2 x 60-minute sessions with dietician, Nicola Jaffrey.

  • Challenge Launch & Body Scan #1: 9am, Saturday, 5 October
  • Official Start: Monday, 14 October

Who created the LIVE WELL Challenge?

The LIVE WELL Challenge is created and directed by SAVVY Health and Wellness Director Angela Saville. Angela is an experienced leader with over 20 years in the health and education industry and has dedicated her career to enhancing community health and wellness through strategic leadership and creative program implementation.

Angela’s passion for movement and community has shaped the 'LIVE WELL' initiative, which empowers individuals to live actively and discover optimal ways to help them think, move, eat, and feel well. She is a fervent advocate for the power of good health, understanding its direct impact on quality of life and happiness.

Choose your LIVE WELL trainer

Having a dedicated team by your side means you’re much more likely to reach your goals. Choose from our incredible team of trainers who are ready to help you in your pursuit to live well.

ALANAH

TUESDAYS | 6 AM | STRENGTH LAB

Alanah’s program will have a specific focus on improving strength and gaining lean muscle mass. Held at SAVVY Strength Lab, team members will have access to all of the strength training equipment to create great results.

Katie

WEDNESDAYS | 10:15 AM | STUART PARK

Katie’s program will have a comprehensive approach and be able to cater for varying goals. Katie’s weekly session will also cater specifically for parents that are caring for young children and will be assisted to participate in the program with the presence of a children’s champion.

Carlie

THURSDAYS | 6 AM | STRENGTH LAB

Carlie’s program will cater for varying goals. Carly will use a range of cutting edge equipment such as high tech stationary bikes and strength and conditioning tools to improve all areas of fitness, performance and improve body composition.

ALANAH

FRIDAYS | 6 AM | STUART PARK

Alanah’s program will be delivered outdoors where you can not only work on achieving great results but also enjoy the sunrise. Alanah will deliver a combination of resistance cardiovascular work that will achieve significant outcomes in fitness and improved body composition.

Levana

SATURDAYS | 7:15 AM | STUART PARK

Levana’s program will have a comprehensive approach and be able to cater for varying goals. You can expect to improve your overall fitness. A combination of resistance work and cardiovascular activities will achieve significant outcomes in fitness and altering body composition.

ANGELA

ONLINE

Angela’s program is designed to improve all areas of fitness and positively alter body composition whilst being flexible so that you can complete the session in your own space at your own time. This works well for those who cannot find a suitable day and time with our scheduled sessions or who live out of the area. Whilst you might partake in the sessions individually Angela will ensure you reap the benefits of being part of the team.
